Swain and Baldwin Insurance, Inc. is a diversified independent insurance agency formed in 1980 focused on fully integrated delivery of both general and specialty property and casualty insurance and risk management services providing Facility Design for Real Estate accounts interested in rigid cost control of their insurance package.
The agency is comprised of a capable and diverse team of insurance experts and client advisors with vast experiences in their field who in addition to normal risk services, also provide hands on litigation coordination.
Swain and Baldwin Insurance has provided services to a multitude of clients particularly those involved in Real Estate Development and Management. Expertise in this area was brought on by Ray Baldwin, President, who was previously in Real Estate and Construction Lending in Dallas, Texas for numerous years responsible for lending in various areas from Commercial properties to multifamily, hospitality, and industrial throughout the United States.
